Approve MYOB access for pay category updates

This request is for your office. Only the MYOB company file administrator can approve it.

What this allows

• Just Better Care Australia ICT can read and update wage pay categories in this MYOB company file, so award rate changes can be applied accurately.
• We do not use it to view or change employee records, pay history or payslips.
• Before any change is made, your office receives the proposed changes to review and approve.

To be transparent

MYOB's approval screen describes payroll access, which is broader than what we use. MYOB does not offer a narrower option for pay categories. Our tool is limited in code to wage pay categories, and every request it makes is logged. Ask ICT at any time for a record of what was accessed in your file.

You stay in control

The approved application appears in your MYOB account and you can remove it whenever you choose. Approval lasts 12 months, after which we will ask you to renew it.

You will sign in to MYOB, choose the company file, and approve. If your office has more than one company file, you will receive a separate link for each.
